1.When the UV (ultraviolet light) is irradiated, the light energy of UV absorbing initiator to accelerate the polymerization of a liquid monomer to a solid (Curing) The UV molding resin, known UV Resin.
2.UV resin generally by the pre-polymer, a monomer, a photoinitiator, and additives is formed, each having the following functions.
(1)Prepolymer ︰ ultraviolet (UV) hardening resin main component.
(2)Monomer︰ a diluent monomer for adjusting the viscosity of the reaction resin.
(3)Photoinitiator ︰ is irradiated with ultraviolet light, then the compound would be the start of the polymerization reaction.
(4)Additives︰ filling additives, colorants, plasticizers and the like.

Also, to keep the market competitiveness of the market in the future, manufacturers are inevitable to redesign new backlight module and new inject technology.
Generally, backlight module can divide into two type, Edge Type and Direct Type backlight module.
